Had a fantastic dining experience at Al Forat in Mississauga! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. Kudos to the staff for their excellent hospitality! The only drawback was that the prices felt a bit steep compared to the portion sizes. Overall, would definitely recommend giving it a try!

Both the lamb/beef and chicken sharwama had generous portions on meat and were delicious. The chicken sharwama had a generous helping of sweet pomegranate sauce that makes it different from the typical sharwama joint. The 3 types of bread (you get to pick one) for the wrap are all ok, and are not made fresh to order (or recently to order). The hummus lacks richness, which seems to be the result of not enough tahini. The service was quick, very friendly and helpful. The place is bright and had a good atmosphere for casual dining.

They were handing out shawarma samples one night and we got hooked on their lamb+beef shawarma on saj bread. We returned the next day for dine in and were served tandoor bread and lentil soup that had a nice kick of tumeric! The best lentil soup I've had. Shawarma wraps were just as good. Very nice interior decor, clean, and friendly staff.
